Students come 6th in the world in Jessup Moot Competition

Following their successes at the United Kingdom Qualifying Rounds of the 58th Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, a team of students from The Dickson Poon School of Law have achieved sixth place, representing  the UK at the International Rounds in Washington D.C. from 10-15 April 2017.

Agostino Stilli, a PhD student in The Centre for Robotics Research, and his business partner Luca Amaduzzi, have won £45,000 of funding from Dragons’ Den investor Nick Jenkins for their startup company Cycl.

The Entrepreneurship Institute has announced the winners of the inaugural Allesch-Taylor Scholarships for Entrepreneurship 2016-2017, each of whom will receive awards of up to £10,000 from Professor Stefan Allesch-Taylor CBE.
